PHCC of Oklahoma is the Oklahoma chapter of the oldest trade association in the construction industry – PHCC, established in 1883. PHCC is the premiere organization for the P-H-C professional, providing legislative advocacy, education and training to approximately 3,300 plumbing and HVACR open shop and union businesses and 65,000 technicians nationwide. Our members work in the residential, commercial, new construction, industrial and service and repair segments of the construction industry. We represent the interests of Oklahoma’s’ plumbing, heating and cooling contractors.
